***CANCELLATION POLICY - We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Please contact Flawless Nails Spa by calling us at 773.769.2222 if you are running late. Should you be running late with notice, your appointment will be adapted to the time remaining. If you are late without notifying us, your appointment will be canceled 20 minutes after the start of your appointment and charged 50% of your total service booked. Canceling or rescheduling 5 hours before your appointment will receive a late cancellation fee of 25% of your total service booked.
